Job Summary: Professional responsible for developing, monitoring, and rescheduling physical-financial construction schedules, integrating departments and presenting performance reports. Key Highlights: 1. Work in planning and control of industrial construction projects. 2. Lead the development and monitoring of schedules. 3. Integrate teams and optimize project performance. **Contract Type:** Individual Contractor (PJ) **Compensation:** To be negotiated **Working Hours:** To be defined according to project schedules (full-time, Monday to Friday, with possibility of overtime and occasional travel as required by the project). **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop and structure the **baseline physical-financial schedule** for the construction project, covering resources, labor, equipment, and supplies across civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines. * **Monitor daily physical progress** of the construction (Planned vs. Actual), measuring productivity and performance. * **Update and reschedule the timeline** whenever necessary, analyzing deviations, bottlenecks, and the critical path. * **Issue performance and progress reports**, presenting results to management and conducting follow-up meetings. * **Act as an integration link** between Engineering, Procurement, and Production, ensuring alignment among departments. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or related fields). * **Minimum 2 years of experience** in planning and control of industrial construction projects. * **Advanced proficiency in MS Project** (mandatory requirement). * Ability to **read and interpret technical drawings and specifications**. * Knowledge of **quantity take-offs** and **resource histograms**. * Willingness to travel and work on-site (construction sites). **Desirable Qualifications:** * Prior experience in **industrial erection, infrastructure, or agribusiness projects**. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple concurrent tasks. * Analytical, organized profile with a results-oriented mindset. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Organization and systemic vision * Strong communication and technical leadership * Decision-making ability * Attention to detail and deadlines If you have an analytical profile, experience in planning, and wish to work on challenging projects, please submit your resume! **RHF Talentos – Primavera do Leste** Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Driver's License: Class B Willingness to Travel
