Prior experience in team supervision, schedule management, and technical process management. Availability for domestic and international travel. Supervise, plan, and monitor all stages of equipment assembly in factory or field settings. Ensure accurate interpretation of technical drawings and proper application of standard operating procedures. Monitor activity progress according to schedule and coordinate with support departments (Engineering, Quality, Logistics). Prepare technical and progress reports for projects or assembly activities. Participate in alignment meetings and track departmental performance indicators.
