This flexibility increases the likelihood of continued employment, allowing professionals to be assigned to new projects as needed, thereby strengthening their career path with us. **\#SOMOSMILPLAN** **Main Responsibilities:** * Read and interpret sketch drawings to execute reinforcement cages according to specifications, identifying the type of rebar to be used and resolving any doubts with the immediate supervisor. * Sort rebars to be used according to project progress and requirements, transporting\-them and storing\-them in appropriate locations, following the supervisor's instructions. * Verify dimensions of components for cutting, determining bar cuts based on component lengths, assembling templates, and sawing\-them per the project. * Analyze reinforcement characteristics to achieve correct bending, in accordance with specified angles. * Transport and assemble rebars for beams, columns, slabs, foundations, and blocks, tying\-them properly and in compliance with technical specifications outlined in the project. * Perform alignment, cutting, bending, and assembly of reinforcements to strengthen structures. * Monitor concrete pouring for reinforced components, when required. * Operate Aerial Work Platforms (AWP), when required. * Organize and prepare the worksite, assist in constructing foundations and masonry/concrete structures, apply finishes and screeds as requested. * Prepare reinforcement cage and concrete structure fabrication, bend rebars, assemble formwork and shoring, produce concrete aggregate mixtures, unload and pump concrete, cast test specimens. * Support the immediate supervisor on matters related to the area of responsibility, reporting and discussing problems and irregularities to assist in defining procedures and actions to be adopted. **Required Knowledge:** * Measurements * Marking and distribution of steel bars * Basic knowledge of cutting, bending, and reinforcing using various bar diameters * Basic knowledge of reading and interpreting engineering drawings and plans **Education:** Completed elementary school **Experience in sector/area:** Six months Minimum Education Level: Elementary School (1st level)
