




Job Description: * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; * Advanced Office suite proficiency; * Experience as an electrical maintenance supervisor in industrial settings; * Knowledge of stationary and rotating equipment (pumps, heat exchangers, gearboxes, etc.); * Familiarity with Regulatory Norms for Maintenance, particularly NR10, is desirable; * Strong communication skills; * Willingness to work and reside in Laranjal Paulista; * Advanced English proficiency; * Driver’s license category B. * Plan, schedule, and supervise corrective, preventive, predictive maintenance activities and patrols within the electrical, instrumentation, and electromechanical areas, ensuring operational safety and stable plant operation; * Supervise the execution of preventive and predictive maintenance plans, maintaining adherence to defined frequencies as controlled by SAP Hana PM module reports; * Prepare and analyze technical reports, maintain historical records for reference, and propose improvements; * Develop and implement predictive and preventive maintenance plans for factory equipment, ensuring production stability. * Ensure sufficient personnel are trained to sustain stable and scheduled execution of predictive and preventive maintenance plans—even when the primary assigned staff member is unavailable due to vacation or termination; * Technically evaluate and manage service, parts, and equipment suppliers through on-site visits and commercial proposals to ensure quality and timely delivery; * Guarantee compliance with internal procedures and standards, and raise awareness among Ajinomoto employees and third-party contractors regarding their application during all activities; * Collaborate with the warehouse to assess obsolete or non-compliant parts and equipment for inclusion, deactivation, or sale; * Work with the procurement department to develop new suppliers for equipment, parts, and labor—evaluating only technical specifications; * Supervise third-party labor and service providers during maintenance project execution, ensuring compliance with company standards; * Provide support to other units’ maintenance departments in accordance with MCP (Maintenance Centered Prevention). * Respond to internal and external audits while maintaining up-to-date technical documentation compliant with current regulations and the maintenance plan; * Implement and monitor internal programs such as 5S and continuous improvement; * Thoroughly understand targets, KPIs, and budget within your area of responsibility, aiming for achievement and continuous improvement; * Contribute to communicating detailed planning to your team and ensure adherence to schedules; * Keep procedures and work instructions updated and guide analysts and specialists; * In-depth knowledge of PLC control and safety logic, including access to modifications for testing, improvements, and corrections; interpretation of trend graphs to determine operating conditions, failure analysis, and process condition assessment; * Technical responsibility for NR10 compliance at the plant; 2512060202191849700
