Important job details: * Work location: Contagem * Work modality: Hybrid * Employment type: Permanent Responsibilities: * Oversee refractory installation and repair activities, verifying compliance with technical guidelines and documenting application according to defined technical procedures; * Monitor testing of new applications, evaluating performance under the new conditions and preparing reports to support decisions regarding operational continuation; * Monitor and assess refractory performance to advise customers on potential impacts of adopted processes on installations, as well as ensure overall equipment performance, availability, and service life; * Conduct joint failure analysis of equipment and refractories with internal teams and customers, proposing solutions and alternatives to resolve issues and restore appropriate performance standards. Required Knowledge and Skills: * Completed bachelor’s degree * Experience with refractories * Experience in product application * Experience in steelmaking, reduction, rolling, mechanical, and cement kiln processes * Microsoft Office suite * Willingness to travel Preferred Qualifications: * Knowledge and experience managing large contracts * English proficiency Compensation and benefits align with market trends for companies of our size and sector, including health insurance, bonus programs, and meal vouchers.
