As a Robotic Automation Technician, you will be a key contributor to our team’s success, playing a vital role where your skills and dedication make the difference in achieving exceptional results. Responsibilities: * Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and systemic failures using specialized tools and software; * Develop maintenance procedures and work instructions, focusing on knowledge sharing and activity standardization; * Monitor, record, and confirm maintenance notes and work orders in the ERP system to ensure adherence to the maintenance plan; * Ensure achievement of maintenance targets and KPIs, particularly maintenance cost, MTTR, and MTBF; * Collaborate with teams and support functions to identify issues and develop improvements and solutions; * Train representatives to use the system safely and effectively, as well as to identify basic issues. Requirements: * Diploma in Electrotechnology, Electronics, Electromechanics, Automation, or related fields; * Prior experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of building automation systems; * Experience in general programming and diagnostics of automated systems (structured language); * Knowledge of electrical power systems, control panels, sensors and actuators, and software including SAP, Google G Suite, and SCADA systems.
