Responsible for developing technical analyses, implementing reliability methodologies, conducting failure investigations, and supporting continuous improvement projects—ensuring high standards of operational performance, safety, and productivity.**Responsibilities** * Analyze and implement improvements aimed at increasing industrial asset reliability and availability. * Develop strategies to ensure operational continuity of critical equipment. * Support continuous improvement projects and World-Class Maintenance initiatives. * Conduct technical studies to define and review critical spare parts, and standardize maintenance inventory. * Monitor operational deviations, proposing corrective and preventive actions. * Create, review, and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance plans based on reliability methodologies such as RCM. * Conduct failure analyses using tools such as RCA, MASP, and FMEA. * Support the development and implementation of operational standards and corporate controls. * Prepare technical specifications for procurement of equipment, materials, components, and services. * Implement and monitor technical projects aimed at improving asset performance and reliability. * Provide technical support to PCM activities, contributing to greater efficiency in maintenance planning. * Review inspection and maintenance plans applying reliability and asset management concepts. * Support inspection management for boilers and pressure vessels in accordance with NR\-13\. * Ensure compliance with applicable technical standards, regulations, and legal requirements. * Support autonomous maintenance programs and dissemination of best maintenance practices. **Requirements** **Education:** Mechanical Engineering; Electrical Engineering; Production Engineering; Control and Automation Engineering; or related fields. **Preferred Qualifications** * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Reliability Engineering, Maintenance Management, or related fields. * Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or failure analysis methodologies. * Experience in highly complex industrial environments. * Experience with operational excellence and World-Class Maintenance projects.
