Job Summary: This Refrigeration Mechanic Assistant supports electromechanical interventions, maintenance of air conditioning and building automation systems, and assists in developing maintenance plans and technical reports. Join our team!** **Job Responsibilities:** * Support electromechanical interventions on motor pumps, electric motors, and air conditioning systems, including assembly, disassembly, preventive and corrective maintenance. * Assist in the operation, installation, and maintenance of air conditioning equipment, electrical controls, control panels, and building automation systems. * Support the development and implementation of maintenance plans and facility improvements aimed at energy efficiency and indoor air quality. * Assist in preparing sketches, reports, technical drawings, and cost spreadsheets for installations and renovations. * Use tools, equipment, and computer resources to perform assigned tasks. * Support other maintenance departments during emergency responses, as required. * Ensure proper care and maintenance of equipment and work areas, complying with technical, safety, health, and environmental standards. * **What We Offer:** **Position: Refrigeration Mechanic Assistant** **Location: São José dos Campos/SP – Mobile Team** * **Salary: R$1.766,58** * **Employment Type: CLT** **- Working Hours: 08:00–12:00 / 13:00–18:00, Monday to Thursday / Friday 08:00–17:00** * **30% Hazard Pay** * **Meal Voucher** * **Transportation Voucher** * **Food Basket** * **Fuel and Toll Reimbursement (Company-covered)** * Join us and become part of a passionate and committed team where you can develop your potential and achieve great accomplishments!
