Job Summary: Responsible for preventive, corrective maintenance, and cleaning of various air conditioning and refrigeration equipment, as well as minor installations. Key Highlights: 1. Proven experience in fancoil and gas-split air conditioning maintenance 2. Preventive, corrective maintenance, and equipment cleaning activities 3. Technical support and service order entry into the system Main Requirements: * Proven experience in fancoil maintenance; * Knowledge and hands-on experience in gas-split air conditioning maintenance; * Experience with air conditioning and refrigeration systems in general. \- Job Responsibilities: \- Responsible for preventive, corrective maintenance, and cleaning of equipment such as: \- Fancoil \- Built-in fancoil \- K7-type fancoil \- Hi-Wall Split \- Floor-Ceiling Split \- Water-cooled chiller \- Air-cooled chiller \- Cooling tower \- Cold rooms \- Exhaust fans \- Outdoor air fans * Occasionally perform minor equipment installations; * Perform maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep of machine rooms where equipment is located; * Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of personal and shared tools and materials; \- Provide support to other technicians under the contract, as needed; \- Complete and enter service orders into the system using computers provided at the facility and/or smartphone. Minimum Education: Technical Course * Meal allowance of R$1100.00 per month * Transportation allowance
