Job Summary: Quality Intern to support data collection, consolidation, and analysis; preparation of technical reports; monitoring of performance indicators; and continuous improvement processes. Key Highlights: 1. Support in root cause analysis and corrective action plans. 2. Participation in continuous improvement projects. 3. Support in internal and external audits. **Job Description** * Support data collection and consolidation for preparing quality performance indicator (KPI) reports and technical documents; * Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, charts, and technical presentations; * Monitor quality performance indicators (e.g., rework, scrap, non-conformities, failures, etc.); * Support root cause analysis and follow-up on corrective and preventive action plans; * Monitor quality routines on production lines; * Support inspections of in-process and finished products; * Assist in conducting functional, dimensional, and metrological tests; * Support flow rate, leak-tightness, reading verification, and meter performance tests; * Organize and maintain technical records, reports, and quality documentation; * Support incoming inspection of materials and components; * Assist in developing and updating procedures, instructions, checklists, and control plans; * Support internal and external audits; * Participate in continuous improvement projects, process standardization, and defect reduction. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of quality tools; * Familiarity with metrology; * Desired: ability to read and interpret technical drawings; * Desired: familiarity with ISO 9001 (International Organization for Standardization); * Desired: knowledge of statistical tools (SPC); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); Power BI knowledge is desirable; * Intermediate English proficiency is desirable.
