Our main projects focus on high- and medium-voltage transmission lines and substations. **Our Values:** * Honor our word; * Maintain humility; * Be honest; * Be efficient; * Believe and work; * Be passionate about what we do; * Share knowledge; * Go to the field; * Think before acting; * Learn, correct, and progress; * Care for people and the environment; **Your Routine as a Proposal Intern:** * Support the preparation of commercial proposals for electromechanical projects, based on project scope and feasibility. * Periodically access customer procurement platforms to identify new business opportunities. * Read and analyze project scopes, initiating quantitative studies (budgets and schedules) to prepare preliminary/orientative proposals. * Support the development of preliminary/orientative technical presentations, demonstrating budgets and schedules to support decision-making. * Archive documents related to received commercial proposals using a dedicated system for project history tracking. * Analyze contracts published in tender documents, identifying clauses that may impact budgets or cause losses to the company. * Maintain periodic contact with clients to update project status and accompany technical visits to substations for information gathering. * Perform other related activities as required by the department. **What We Expect From You:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in **Electrical Engineering** (with focus on Electrotechnics) or **Civil Engineering**; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Intermediate English proficiency. **Work Schedule:** * Internship contract \- 30 hours per week * Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM * On-site \- Rua do Semeador N°429 \| Curitiba / PR **\#JoinEngetecnica** * We value a strong feedback culture and individual meetings (1:1\), reinforcing continuous development; * IDP – Individual Development Plan, ensuring each employee has clarity and direction throughout their journey with us; * A structured Career Path Program, encouraging sustainable professional growth within the company; * At Engetecnica, our employees are symbolized by Swallows — representing agility, adaptability, and the ability to face change lightly.
