Job Summary: Mold and Product Designer responsible for validating and developing mold and product designs, performing simulations, and overseeing try-outs. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in mold try-outs and process validation **MOLD AND PRODUCT DESIGNER \| ELIAS FAUSTO / SP** **Responsibilities:** * Validate mold and product designs according to guidelines, ensuring technical compliance with tooling. * Create 2D/3D CAD drawings and perform injection simulations, proposing adjustments when necessary. * Support definition of parameters and cycles, maintain technical documentation, and conduct pre-design activities. * Oversee try-outs, validations, and releases, as well as support deviation corrections and mold life-cycle management. **Requirements:** * Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Polymers or related fields) and experience in plastic injection mold design projects. * Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, NX, or Creo), knowledge of injection simulation (e.g., Moldflow or similar), hands-on experience in mold try-outs and process validation, plus familiarity with plastic materials and transformation processes. * Basic English proficiency. * Experience with blow molds (EBM, IBM, ISBM), development of rigid plastic packaging, and technical English will be considered advantageous. **Salary:** To be negotiated **Benefits:** * On-site meal * Meal allowance card * Chartered transportation * After the probation period, optional medical and dental plans. **Notes:** * Permanent position (CLT). * Administrative working hours. * Must reside in Elias Fausto or have easy access to the city.
