Brands and services that are relevant to those who use them and recognized for our commitment to leading regenerative businesses. **Role Type** Permanent **What will you be doing here?** The Project Engineering Coordinator will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to defined scope. This professional will serve as the central communication point between the technical team, stakeholders, suppliers, and internal customers, ensuring application of best practices in project management and compliance with the company’s quality and safety standards. **What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?** * Define project objectives, requirements, and detailed scope in collaboration with stakeholders. * Develop and manage the project schedule (using MS Project or similar tools). * Develop and monitor the project budget, controlling costs and variances. * Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, etc.). * Monitor activity progress, identifying and correcting deviations from the plan. * Actively manage project risks, developing mitigation plans. * Ensure compliance with all applicable technical standards, regulations, and safety policies. * Serve as the primary point of contact, maintaining clear and effective communication with internal customers, suppliers, and management. * Prepare and present project status reports and performance analyses. * Coordinate planning, monitoring, and review meetings. * Ensure the final delivery meets quality requirements and technical specifications. * Coordinate testing, commissioning, and start-up phases. * Conduct formal project closure, including final documentation (lessons learned, reports, closure certificate, and presentations). **What are the requirements?** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or Production) or related fields. * Experience in industrial project management (preference for Cosmetics industry). * Proficiency in PMBOK and Agile methodologies. * MS Project and ability to read technical drawings. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Team leadership, negotiation skills, and results orientation. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree in a related field or PMP certification. * Proficiency in CAD (AutoCAD/SolidWorks). * Experience in bar soap manufacturing. * Spanish proficiency is desirable. \#LI\-CS2 **What will you find here?** We are more than just a workplace: we build and live the Well\-Being Ecosystem daily, based on the harmonious relationship between each individual, their surroundings, and the environment they are part of.
