




Job Summary: An engineering professional responsible for conducting technical inspections, developing projects, and overseeing construction activities to ensure quality standards, safety, and adherence to schedules. Managing suppliers and overseeing construction execution Description: * Engineering degree (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, Production, or equivalent); * Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field; * Advanced Excel proficiency; * Power BI; * Intermediate English; * Assertive communication; strong interpersonal skills; negotiation ability; flexibility; decision-making capability; * Preferred: Postgraduate degree / Experience in the fuel market / Proficiency in MS Project and AutoCAD. * Conduct technical inspections to identify and assess engineering works and service requirements, including comprehensive mapping of all technical and operational risks involved; * Identify engineering services required for the construction, installation, and maintenance of facilities and terminals, in compliance with Company standards, regulations, and engineering best practices; * Develop conceptual designs for preliminary projects related to implementation, layout, and equipment placement; technically evaluate executive projects prepared by designers and calculators for each construction phase, in accordance with engineering standards; * Research, develop, and qualify suppliers capable of performing services according to specified requirements; * Prepare tenders to achieve optimal cost efficiency for construction projects while meeting the Company's quality, safety, and schedule requirements; * Report to Supervision/Coordination and Management any internal or external requests or claims regarding products or services not previously and expressly authorized, within the parameters and instructions established by the Company; * Monitor construction execution and other services to ensure compliance with project specifications, technical manual requirements, timelines, budget constraints, and expected quality standards; * Ensure strict adherence to FHP Fatal Hazard Protocols and all Safety Instructions outlined in the OMS Operational Management System (or any successor programs); * Guarantee accurate implementation of corporate branding and standardized use of the Company's brand and other communication elements across facilities, terminals, and other Company units; * Support and assist the Operations team in engineering services required for the construction, installation, and maintenance of Operational Bases and Administrative Branches; * Prepare various reports to support, disseminate, and forward information and other data relevant to the role to immediate supervisors, other Company departments, and external agencies, in accordance with pre-established norms and procedures; * Keep suppliers, service providers, material manufacturers, and technology suppliers updated on required documentation for operating within the Company (policies, NIs, procedures, manuals, etc.); * Issue, monitor, and evaluate technical engineering inspection reports and opinions regarding equipment, buildings, installations, facilities, terminals, oil pipelines, and biodiesel pipelines, as well as supplier-related assessments. 2511040202261659390
