Job Summary: The professional will perform process balancing, propose production improvements, train operators, and support management in studies and analysis of indicators. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for process balancing and layout improvements. 2. Leads the proposal of improvements and operator training. 3. Coordinates production departments and analyzes quality indicators. Perform process balancing, develop work instructions and technical sheets, and assist leadership in implementing layout improvements. Propose production improvements and reduction of production time, conduct operator training, and participate in FMEA development. Support management in data collection for studies, research, and modifications to processes, methods, equipment, and fixtures. Monitor the department’s standardization of production processes and jointly analyze quality and process indicators with management; assist in scheduling production controls and perform related tasks. Analyze with management the implementation of new production lines, considering all relevant aspects. Coordinate the factory’s production departments to achieve daily production targets. Assess the need for workforce expansion and headcount maintenance. Mandatory: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering.
