Apply **analytical precision**, ensuring goals are achieved safely, with quality and operational efficiency, within parameters defined by the organization and the client. **Working alongside a team delivering excellence, you will:** Develop and update physical-financial schedules and planning tools Monitor performance indicators, produce reports, and propose improvements Structure and standardize planning department processes and routines Support the Planning Management team in data analysis and decision-making Collaborate cross-functionally across internal departments to ensure efficiency and predictability **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; Solid experience in planning and control of industrial construction projects or engineering projects; Proficiency in MS Project, advanced Excel, and other planning tools. **You’ll stand out if you have:** Knowledge of Power BI or integrated management software (ERP, WBS, etc.); Experience in risk analysis and scenario modeling. **Additional Information** **OUR BENEFITS** We offer a healthy work environment and benefits**\*** that support your well-being: .
