Additionally, the candidate will serve as the technical reference in structuring industrial planning processes and contribute to the digitalization and integration of manufacturing systems within a heavy fabrication environment. **Factory Integration Dynamics:** This position requires on-site work in Pindamonhangaba; however, since this is the launch phase of a new plant in this region, the initial integration phase—including alignment of global processes and cultural immersion—will take place at our Guarulhos/SP unit. This Guarulhos-based phase will last for a defined period until construction completion and operational handover of the Pindamonhangaba factory, requiring availability for this initial assignment at the headquarters. **How You Will Make an Impact** * Develop and maintain the Master Fabrication Plan for tanks and subassemblies. * Develop production sequencing considering capacity constraints, material availability, and project priorities. * Structure capacity models and identify production bottlenecks. * Facilitate integration among Engineering, SAP, CAD/PDM, MES, and nesting software. * Support SAP PP configuration and enhancements (at key user level). * Develop productivity, capacity, and planning adherence metrics. * Manage rescheduling and recovery plans. * Ensure compliance with applicable internal and external standards, procedures, and guidelines. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Mechanical Manufacturing Technology, or Industrial Management; or Technologist degree in Manufacturing Processes or Industrial Management. * Experience in Industrial Planning, Production Control (PCP), or Production Planning, preferably in heavy fabrication, capital goods, or industrial assembly environments. * Knowledge of Master Production Scheduling (MPS), capacity planning, sequencing, and management of productive resources. * Hands-on experience with SAP PP (key user), SAP MM, MES, and participation in integration projects linking Engineering, Manufacturing, and corporate systems. * Familiarity with engineering and product data management tools such as SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD, Windchill, and PDM. * Advanced Excel and Power BI skills for data analysis, KPIs, and decision support. * Understanding of metal-mechanical manufacturing processes—including plasma cutting, oxy-fuel cutting, bending, rolling, forming, and welding—as well as ASTM, DIN, and ISO standards. * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency for written and verbal communication. * Preferred qualifications include experience in industrial digitalization projects, MES, and certifications such as APICS, Lean, Six Sigma, or Project Management. * **Availability:** Must reside in or have easy access to Pindamonhangaba/SP, with full availability to complete the initial on-site integration period at the Guarulhos/SP unit. **All our positions are also open to persons with disabilities (PwD).
