Here at Orguel, we value and encourage individuality within a healthy, collaborative work environment. **All our job openings are inclusive and open to professionals with disabilities (PCDs).** Why not join us? **Come be Orguel!** Responsibilities and Duties: **As a PCM Assistant, your responsibilities will include:** * Assisting in the planning, scheduling, and control of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for lifting platforms. * Monitoring maintenance plans and ensuring service orders are completed within defined deadlines. * Updating and monitoring departmental performance indicators (KPIs). * Issuing, tracking, and closing service orders in the maintenance management system. * Supporting the preparation of technical reports and updating equipment documentation. * Managing inventory of spare parts and materials required for routine maintenance activities. * Supporting the team in prioritizing tasks, participating in audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance processes. Working Hours: Monday to Friday — 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM Requirements and Qualifications: **Minimum Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and effective communication. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Completed technical training in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Familiarity with occupational safety regulations NR-12 and NR-35. * Experience in the lifting platform or heavy machinery sector. * Practical experience with lifting platforms.
