




Job Summary: The professional will prepare sweets, cakes, and pies, perform molding and decorating, as well as control raw materials and monitor orders. Key Highlights: 1. Control raw materials for bakery Preparing sweets, cakes, and pies using manual or mechanical processes to ready them for the final product; shaping, decorating, rolling, and cutting strictly according to required techniques to achieve the desired form. Also monitors orders for production and maintains control over ingredients and raw materials used in bakery operations. Must be proficient in making puff pastry, croissants, catarinas, etc. Work Schedule: Night shift, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM Compensation: BRL 3,000 + 37% meal allowance BENEFITS: On-site meals Basic food basket Transportation voucher Work schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off per week, plus 1 Sunday off per month.
