We are looking for a Production Operator (**Temporary, 2 Years**) focused on innovative solutions and ready to take on new challenges. If you seek a collaborative work environment with space for professional growth and creativity, this opportunity is for you! **The Position**Based in Montes Claros/MG, key responsibilities and duties include: * Operating equipment and systems related to operational processes within the assigned area; * Feeding raw materials into machinery to ensure expected production flow; * Monitoring equipment operation during production and reporting any malfunctions; * Conducting basic quality checks on products; * Acting responsibly, prioritizing safety, and adhering to company-defined standards; * Sanitizing the work area and maintaining organized workspaces and equipment; * Completing documentation related to assigned tasks in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and documentation standards, recording information about the system/equipment operated; * Identifying pending items in departmental systems and escalating issues outside one’s scope of responsibility to supervisors; * Performing low-complexity corrective and preventive interventions under supervision of maintenance technicians and mid/senior-level technical operators. **Qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Knowledge and proficiency in using technologies such as Microsoft Office and Management Systems. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Completed technical education in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, and/or Automation; * Experience working in cleanroom environments. * SAP knowledge. * Experience operating SCADA and/or PAS\-X systems. **Working at Novo Nordisk** Every day, we seek solutions to defeat serious chronic diseases.
