RESPONSIBILITIES: * Supervise and guide planning and production activities. * Plan product procurement for inventory and coordinate international procurement with supply chain. * Monitor import processes aligned with the shipping plan. * Communicate with domestic and international suppliers to resolve issues. * Manage production and PCP (Production Control and Planning) KPIs and generate reports. * Respond to non-conformities (NCRs) related to production/shipping/PCP processes. * Ensure physical and system inventory accuracy. * Perform control via ERP system (Sigemp) and implement improvements. * Support the Operations Directorate in developing operational cost reduction comparisons. * Manage the production/PCP team personnel. * Negotiate deadlines, production actions, and logistics. * Develop and implement actions to ensure factory cleanliness and organization. * Train and oversee quality practices in PCP/production processes. * Analyze instructions and procedures to ensure their applicability. * Jointly manage productive costs with management, identifying opportunities for reduction. * Monitor internal and external audit processes. * Prepare and deliver performance reports to the team and management. * Willingness to travel occasionally and work during exceptional hours.
