Operations Assistant - Shopping Center

We are seeking an **Operations Assistant** to join our team at Benfica Shopping Center. **Education:** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in fields related to maintenance, such as Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in building maintenance; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD; * Familiarity with shopping center systems and safety regulations (NR\-10, NR\-35\); * Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks; * Organizational skills and attention to detail. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support daily maintenance team and third-party service providers in activity planning; * Assist in monitoring the operation of shopping center systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, elevators, escalators, fire suppression systems, CCTV monitoring systems), reporting irregularities; * Support the organization and control of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities for the shopping center, as well as handling emergency requests; * Prepare situational reports; * Conduct quotations for services and materials, and manage request tracking and replenishment of supplies; * Update the online platform for maintenance team activities; * Assist in project approval, coordination, and *as-built* documentation in .DWG format; * Monitor tenant construction and renovation works, verifying compliance with internal standards and safety regulations; * Contribute to continuous improvement of maintenance processes and other duties inherent to the role.
