Job Description Responsibilities and Duties Manage and drive operational excellence initiatives—overseeing the initiative portfolio (operational and financial performance), ensuring governance of the Superar Program (meetings, minutes, commitments), and leading the evolution of Housekeeping/5S programs. Requirements and Qualifications **EDUCATION:** Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields, with Six Sigma certification. **LANGUAGES:** Advanced English. **COMPUTER SKILLS:** Advanced proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, Power Apps, and Minitab.
