Job Summary: Operate and program a CNC machining center, prepare machined technical parts, and fabricate components for stamping tooling and fixtures. Key Highlights: 1. Operate and program a 3-axis CNC machining center with SIEMENS control 2. Knowledge of technical standards and machining finishes 3. Fabricate parts from non-ferrous and ferrous metals **Responsibilities:** * Operate and program a 3-axis CNC machining center with SIEMENS control, focused on fabricating components for stamping tools / fixtures; * Prepare machined technical parts, including: workpiece clamping, alignment, fixtures, and parameters; * Understand technical standards, machining finishes (surface roughness), and precision measuring instruments; * Fabricate parts from non-ferrous and ferrous metals (tool steels). **Requirements:** * Completed high school education and technical training in machining mechanics and mechanical manufacturing or equivalent. * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. * Proficiency in MasterCAM machining software, SolidWorks 3D modeling software, overhead crane certification, and ability to operate and program FANUC-controlled CNC lathes – preferred qualification.
