Shall we go together?! **Responsibilities and Duties** We are looking for a committed and proactive Occupational Safety Technician to join our team! If you hold a technical qualification in occupational safety, have hands-on experience, and wish to work in a dynamic environment focused on safety, this is your opportunity! Responsibilities: * Plan annual safety actions, aligning them with Ambev’s guidelines. * Conduct training sessions according to the annual schedule, ensuring all employees are properly trained. * Carry out safety inspections in internal unit areas to identify improvement opportunities. * Support the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA), ensuring it complies with current legal requirements. * Serve as a true ambassador for compliance with occupational safety legal requirements. * Monitor safety management practices of unit partners, ensuring adherence to established standards. * Track employees’ periodic medical examinations and manage information related to accidents and other safety-relevant data. * Enhance risk analyses across various sales routes to ensure employee safety during external activities. * Provide safe conditions for vehicle users and operational teams by developing effective plans to reduce accidents and unsafe situations within the unit. * Monitor compliance with safety requirements by partners involved in operations. Join us in promoting health and well-being in the workplace! **Requirements and Qualifications** Desirable: * Six months’ experience as an occupational safety technician; * Strong interpersonal communication skills; * Willingness to perform external tasks when required.
