Job Summary: Technically and operationally manage Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) activities, ensuring risk prevention and compliance with regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring and implementation of corrective actions in HSE **Job Objective:** Lead the technical and operational management of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) activities, ensuring risk prevention, compliance with legal regulations, and development of safety culture across operations. **Key Responsibilities:** Perform technical and operational management of the Occupational Safety Technicians (TST) team. Provide technical support to the team, delivering targeted guidance and training. Compile, analyze, and interpret HSE data, proposing continuous improvements. Develop performance indicators (KPIs), management reports, and dashboards for activity monitoring. Monitor action plans, indicators, and non-conformities, ensuring effective implementation of corrective actions. Conduct on-site safety inspections, evaluating working conditions and operational risks. Validate risk analyses (JSA), work permits (PT), and other safety documentation. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, internal procedures, and safety best practices. Support dissemination of safety culture, promoting awareness and team engagement. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with specialization in Occupational Safety. Minimum 2 years of experience in this role. Knowledge of indicator management, data analysis, and control tools (Excel, dashboards, etc.). Experience with field inspections and non-conformity management. Valid driver’s license. Willingness to travel and oversee construction sites. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in construction projects and/or industrial environments. Familiarity with HSE management systems. Analytical, proactive profile with strong leadership capability.
