We all feel like owners of both the company and its mission. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop machine, equipment, and device projects, ensuring solutions aligned with customer needs. * Structure and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for production, sales, and other departments, guaranteeing accurate information for pricing and manufacturing. * Model and detail mechanical components using 3D CAD software, and code/register structures in the system to support procurement and manufacturing teams. * Apply technical standards, dimensional calculations, and specifications (tolerances, drilling, surface finishes, heat treatments) to ensure quality, standardization, and cost reduction. * Implement modifications and improvements to projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, performance, safety, and competitive costs. * Participate in technical analyses, supplier qualification, and approval processes. * Support implementations and conduct technical visits to customers for evaluation and assistance. * Lead continuous improvement projects for products, processes, and production layouts. * Gather data for commercial quotations, production planning, and project performance indicators. * Monitor quality indicators, perform failure analysis, and propose action plans for mitigation. * Coordinate DFMEA meeting schedules and sessions to improve products and services. * Support internal and external teams in identifying best practices and solutions. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Education: **Engineering or related fields**. * Solid experience in machine and product development. * Advanced proficiency in **SolidWorks**. * Willingness to work **onsite in Lorena/SP**. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with DFMEA and failure analysis. * Experience in strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives. **Additional Information** * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Food Basket; * Commuter Allowance; * On-site Lunch; * Profit Sharing Plan (PPR).
