




Job Description: Requirements and Qualifications: * Completed degree or technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields; * Minimum of 2 years’ prior experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in process-controlled environments; * Proficiency in SAP (PM module) and Microsoft Office (intermediate/advanced Excel); * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and equipment catalogs; * Skills in planning, organizing, and controlling activities; * Strong communication skills, resilience, leadership, proactivity, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities and Duties: * Supervise on-site mechanical maintenance activities, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines; * Plan weekly preventive and corrective maintenance activities using the SAP system; * Generate service orders (SOs) and purchase requisitions for required materials and services; * Analyze failures, perform accurate diagnostics, and propose definitive and emergency solutions; * Prepare maintenance activity reports for record-keeping and/or failure analysis; * Maintain up-to-date information and records of all executed activities in the SAP system and/or specific documentation; * Monitor and control maintenance performance indicators (KPIs); * Provide technical support to the maintenance team in operational decision-making; * Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., participate in and propose meetings to align activities) with Operations, Safety, Procurement, and Legal departments; * Liaise with suppliers to request quotations, develop and qualify new partners, schedule services, and provide technical clarifications; * Prepare purchase requisitions in the system and track order progress (follow-up) until delivery of materials/services; * Manage inventory of spare parts and equipment, ensuring continuous availability of critical items for operations. 251211020249192366
