




Job Summary: Perform administrative activities in the inspection department, managing documents, materials, and providing support to customers and other departments. Key Highlights: 1. Customer and supplier service · Perform administrative tasks – Inspection Department; · Manage document and material postings, receipts, and shipments (physical and digital); · Maintain organized documents and general materials; · Provide customer and supplier service; · Generate and maintain files, documents, and general administrative support. · Perform administrative activities in the inspection department to support other company departments; · Control the entry and exit of materials, tools, and equipment used at customer sites, under supervision; · Interact with supplier departments to guide and facilitate the acquisition of data, documents, or other requests relevant to the department; · Organize, classify, and keep the inspection department’s technical file updated to enable control and future consultations; · Participate in training programs when summoned; · Organize, record, and monitor activities using electronic spreadsheets; · Type technical reports, record data on inspection tags, and send and control documentation for customers; · Perform tasks relevant to the area of operation using available programs, applications, and technology; · Perform other tasks compatible with the requirements for carrying out the function.
