Job Summary: Develop, analyze, and supervise mechanical maintenance projects and activities, ensuring compliance with standards and pursuing continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Work on projects and supervision of mechanical maintenance. 2. Focus on technical standards, regulations, and safety. 3. Conduct failure analysis and propose continuous improvements. **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop, analyze, and monitor mechanical projects. * Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities. * Prepare technical reports, assessments, and expert opinions. * Monitor schedules and ensure adherence to deadlines. * Ensure compliance with technical standards, regulations, and safety protocols. * Conduct failure analysis and propose continuous process improvements. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in the role. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. * Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar software. * Currently pursuing or completed degree in Mechanical Engineering. **Willingness to travel.** **Reside in Sorocaba/SP.** **Notes:** Working hours: Monday to Thursday – 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday – 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
