We are empathetic, collaborative, share information openly, and do not shy away from difficult conversations—so that Scala achieves its goals. **We thirst for the future!** **If you want to grow in a dynamic, innovative, and sustainability-driven environment, join Scala and be part of the future of digital infrastructure!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Map, classify, and prioritize operational infrastructure risks using the company’s specific methodology and criteria; * Act in a structural and predictive manner, proposing solutions and control measures to prevent site outages; * Analyze operational vulnerabilities, process failures, and non-conformities that could pose risks to operations; * Develop and maintain executive dashboards with board-level visibility, supporting data- and KPI-driven decision-making; * Collaborate with technical and corporate departments to consolidate a systemic view of risks; * Support critical event analyses, contingency testing, and continuous improvement projects; * Participate in strategic governance and reliability committees and forums; * Refer to standards NBR 5410, NBR 5419, NBR 14039, and NBR\-6401 or NBR 16401; * Refer to standard TIA\-942\-B; * Refer to standard ANSI/BICSI 002\-2019, Data Center Design and Implementation Best Practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Essential Prerequisites** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; * Experience in mission-critical environments; * Experience in infrastructure environments; * Intermediate English proficiency. **DESIRABLE** * Advanced English and Spanish proficiency; * Experience in data center environments. **Additional Information*** **This position is also open to people with disabilities (PwD)** **Our Benefits:** Attractive PLR (Profit Sharing); Dental Plan; Health Insurance; Meal and Food Allowance via Flash card totaling R$1\.250,00 per month; Private Pension Plan (for eligible positions); Employee Loan Program; Life Insurance; Wellhub (formerly Gympass); Birthday Day Off — one paid day off during your birth month; Professional Development: Scala Academy, Language Program, LinkedIn Learning.
