Job Summary: Senior Mechanical Designer to develop and coordinate machine and device projects, from concept through release and assembly support. Key Highlights: 1. Application of technical standards and continuous process improvement. * **Position:** Senior Mechanical Designer **Location:** São Bernardo do Campo **Work Mode:** On-site **Salary:** To be discussed **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM | Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM **Responsibilities** Develop complete machine and device projects, from concept through manufacturing drawing release; Conduct technical feasibility analysis, define mechanical concepts, and select standard components (cylinders, guides, sensors, actuators, etc.); Create and review 3D models and 2D drawings, ensuring compliance with technical standards and customer specifications; Provide technical leadership to the design team, guiding and reviewing work with focus on quality and deadlines; Interact with suppliers and clients to gather requirements and validate solutions; Participate in technical meetings and monitor project progress; Support assembly and try-out phases, ensuring compliance with the approved design; Apply technical standards and engineering best practices; Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes by proposing standardizations and technical libraries. **Benefits** Transportation Allowance On-site cafeteria SulAmérica Health Insurance SulAmérica Dental Insurance Life Insurance Pharmacy partnership Gympass SESI partnership Day Off Internal recognition awards Minimum Education: Technical Course
