Flexibility regarding working hours and travel **Job Mission:** Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on fleet machines and equipment with intermediate autonomy, ensuring full functionality, operational safety, and asset availability. **Technical Competencies:** * Diagnosis of mechanical and hydraulic failures * Execution of corrective and preventive maintenance * Reading and completing maintenance orders * Interpretation of technical checklists * Knowledge of engine, hydraulic systems, and transmission operation * Basic knowledge of vehicle electrical systems * Proficiency in operating manual, pneumatic, and measuring tools * Safe operation of fleet vehicles **Behavioral Competencies:** * Attention to detail * Proactivity * Responsibility * Commitment to results * Organization * Teamwork * Flexibility regarding working hours and travel **Desired Education:** * Completed high school. * Technical course in Mechanics, Electromechanics, or Industrial Maintenance is desirable. **Desired Experience:** Minimum of 6 months maintaining heavy machinery and industrial equipment **Responsibilities:** * Conduct technical inspections on equipment and machines to diagnose failures. * Accurately complete maintenance orders (MO) with parts, services, and time entries. * Identify required parts and services for repairs, with leadership support. * Perform medium-complexity corrective and preventive maintenance. * Clean components and systems during and after maintenance. * Complete technical verification and calibration checklists. * Comply with occupational safety regulations and proper use of PPE. * Perform simple preventive and corrective maintenance both in the workshop and on-site (customer location). * Be available to work outside standard hours and undertake technical trips. * Drive company vehicles when necessary, holding a valid Category A and B driver's license. * Disassemble and assemble single-cylinder internal combustion engines. * Perform low-complexity corrective and preventive electrical maintenance. * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on general electric tools. * Perform preventive maintenance on large-scale equipment (generators, air compressors, forklifts, light towers, compacting rollers, etc.)
