Monitor the overall condition of the fleet and suggest improvements **Job: Motorcycle Mechanic** Location: São Paulo – SP Company: Motorcycle Rental Company **Job Description:** We are looking for a Motorcycle Mechanic to join our rental company, performing preventive and corrective maintenance on our fleet to ensure vehicle safety, performance, and availability. **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on motorcycles * Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic failures * Perform oil changes, brake inspections, suspension and transmission checks * Prepare motorcycles for rental (delivery checklist) * Monitor the overall condition of the fleet and suggest improvements * Maintain an organized workplace **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a motorcycle mechanic * Knowledge of maintenance for low- and mid-displacement motorcycles * Basic understanding of motorcycle electrical systems * Organizational skills and sense of responsibility * Driver's license category A (preferred) **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with rental or fleet motorcycles * Agility and strong time management skills **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: R$ 2\.600,00 * Meal allowance: R$ 500,00 Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Payment: Starting from R$2\.600,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
