Collaborate closely with operations to minimize impacts Responsible for supervising maintenance activities to ensure equipment and facility availability, reliability, and safety, with a focus on operational continuity and compliance with technical standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities; * Plan and assign work orders according to operational priorities; * Monitor maintenance indicators, equipment availability, and failure rates, taking corrective action to address deviations; * Ensure compliance with technical procedures, safety, quality, and environmental standards; * Lead and develop the maintenance team, providing technical guidance and organizing work; * Collaborate closely with operations to minimize impacts and unplanned downtime; * Record and report incidents, interventions, and improvement needs. **Requirements** * Technical or higher education degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields; * Experience supervising maintenance teams; * Knowledge of industrial maintenance, maintenance planning and control; * Availability to work shifts, as required. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in industrial, logistics, or multimodal terminal environments; * Experience with grain-handling or bulk cargo handling equipment.
