If you are results-oriented, hold a technical or higher education degree in mechanics, and seek professional growth within a structured industrial environment, join our team. **Position:** Maintenance Supervisor The candidate must **reside in Belo Horizonte/MG or its metropolitan region**, with availability to work in **CÓRREGO DO FEIJÃO/BRUMADINHO**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities on industrial equipment and facilities * Ensure adherence to maintenance plans, optimizing resources and minimizing machine downtime * Lead a technical team, promoting safety, quality, and efficiency of performed services * Evaluate and monitor maintenance performance indicators (KPIs) * Contribute to the preparation of technical reports and continuous improvement plans * Support projects aimed at improving and modernizing industrial processes **Mandatory Requirements:** * Technical qualification in Mechanics or a degree in Mechanical Engineering * Practical knowledge of industrial maintenance routines * Skills in team management and technical activity planning * Driver's license category D **Desirable Differentiators:** * Prior experience in medium- or large-scale industrial environments * ICML (International Council for Machinery Lubrication) certification will be considered a competitive advantage Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: R$4.000,00 \- R$6.598,36 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Company vehicle Work Location: On-site
