Focus on reliability and operational continuity ### **We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a multidisciplinary team across all three shifts, responsible for planning and controlling preventive and corrective maintenance, cost management, maintenance KPIs, and routine departmental activities—as well as playing a strategic role in ensuring asset reliability, safety, quality, and operational continuity, especially during harvest periods or demand peaks.** ### **Requirements** ### **Bachelor’s degree completed in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering.** ### **Experience in sugar mills or grain processing industries.** ### **Practical and integrated knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance, team management, and maintenance KPIs.** ### **Experience with planning, activity prioritization, and cost control.** ### **Flexibility in working hours.** ### **Willingness to relocate or reside in Dumont \- SP.** ### **Work Mode:** **100% on-site in Dumont \- SP.** ### **Working Hours:** **Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00\~5:00 PM.** ### **Employment Type:** **CLT \+ attractive benefits.** Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
