Join us!** **What will you do?** * Serve as the interface among Mechatronics Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, and Automation; * Lead studies on repetitive equipment failure analysis and support defined corrective actions; * Validate and approve new equipment at suppliers (Brazil and international); * Support and, if necessary, lead maintenance-related Capex or Opex projects; * Support maintenance documentation management and compliance with IATF and ISO14001 standards; * Program in ladder logic and PLC/HMI block diagrams (Siemens and Allen Bradley); program Kuka robots; * Integrate and automate equipment and machines including Wiring Cutting, Assembly Conveyors, and robots; * Program SCADA systems. **What does Lear expect from you?** * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Automation Control; * Experience in this role and proficiency in ladder logic programming; * NR 10 certification; * Knowledge of LPS, Foundry, and Ignition software is a plus.
