This position offers a dynamic work environment and the opportunity to contribute to important processes. **Responsibilities:** * Forecast demand for technical services and plan resources. * Size teams and materials for field service periods. * Plan optimized service schedules and routes for field technicians according to contracts. * Monitor technicians’ hour banks, productivity, and adherence to schedules. * Organize travel logistics (accommodation and meals). * Register service requests, schedule visits, and communicate with customers. * Ensure SLA compliance and submission of technical reports (RAT). * Manage inventory and parts flow (requests, PVs, and purchases). * Prepare periodic reports and identify operational bottlenecks. * Redistribute workload (maintenance tasks) as needed. * Evaluate costs and opportunities for reduction or outsourcing. * Collaborate and communicate with Commercial, Operations, and HR teams. * Support strategic decisions regarding equipment, technology, and personnel. * Maintain documentation and processes up to date. * Ensure compliance with internal procedures. **Requirements:** Desired Education: * Completed (or ongoing) Technical Course in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or related fields. * **Preferred:** Training/courses in Maintenance Planning and Programming; ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams; safety routines (NR-10/NR-12/NR-35), as applicable.
