Plan and schedule mechanical, electrical, and building maintenance work orders. Control the preventive and corrective maintenance schedule, ensuring compliance with deadlines. Monitor maintenance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, availability, maintenance cost). Record and update information in the maintenance management system (SAP, Totvs, CMMS or similar). Request and manage materials, tools, and services required for maintenance activities. Prepare technical reports and support failure analysis and process improvement. Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and occupational safety teams.
