Professional responsible for performing preventive, corrective, and diagnostic maintenance on **yellow-line machinery, heavy vehicles, and equipment**, with **specialization in electrical systems**, ensuring operational availability, safety, and reliability of assets. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform **preventive and corrective maintenance** on yellow-line machinery (excavators, backhoe loaders, wheel loaders, compactors, among others). * Specialize in **electrical and electronic systems**, including: * Diagnosis and repair of electrical faults. * Reading and interpretation of electrical schematics. * Maintenance of wiring harnesses, sensors, modules, control panels, and starting systems. * Conduct technical diagnostics to identify mechanical, electrical, and electro-electronic faults. * Perform tests, adjustments, and calibrations after maintenance. * Ensure proper equipment operation, reducing unplanned downtime. * Record performed services, noting recurring failures and intervention requirements. * Support inventory control and requisition of parts and materials required for maintenance. * Comply with safety regulations, internal procedures, and best maintenance practices. * Act preventively, suggesting technical and operational improvements to equipment. **Technical Requirements** * Proven experience in **yellow-line machinery maintenance**. * Specialization or strong knowledge of **heavy-duty automotive and machinery electrical systems**. * Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams. * Knowledge of hydraulic and mechanical systems (preferred). * Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and measuring instruments. * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance. **Desired Education and Training** * Technical course in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * Specific courses in: * Heavy-duty automotive electricity. * Yellow-line machinery maintenance. * Electronic diagnostics for heavy machinery. * Applicable NR regulations (NR-10, NR-12, NR-35 – as applicable to the activity). **Behavioral Competencies** * Technical, analytical profile with attention to detail. * Organization and responsibility. * Commitment to safety and quality. * Proactivity in identifying faults and solutions. * Ability to work in teams and follow procedures. * Sense of responsibility toward equipment and resources. **Advantages** * Experience in infrastructure, paving, or mining projects. * Hands-on experience maintaining heavy vehicle fleets and equipment. * Ability to act preventively and cost-effectively.
