Job Summary: The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for performing and diagnosing preventive and corrective maintenance services—including pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and lubrication work—on machines and equipment. Ensuring efficient machinery operation Metallurgical Industry located in Sorocaba (Campolim neighborhood) is hiring: **Maintenance Mechanic** **Education:** Technical level NR10 training preferred **Experience:** Minimum 2 years preferred **Knowledge:** Reading and interpreting technical drawings. Performing oxyacetylene welding tasks. **Brief Description:** Perform pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and lubrication maintenance—both corrective and preventive—on machines and equipment. Responsibilities: Inspect, diagnose, repair, and perform corrective and preventive maintenance on industrial equipment, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Your role is to ensure machinery operates efficiently, avoiding unplanned downtime (failures) and guaranteeing production quality. Fully comply with the maintenance schedule defined by your supervisor or as per service requests. Summary of tasks to be performed: Disassemble equipment, inspect or repair defects, replace parts, lubricate, reassemble, and test completed work before releasing equipment for use.
