Job Summary: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities equipment and motorcycles, including diagnostics, repairs, and replacement of parts. Key Highlights: 1. Support the organization of spare parts and supplies inventory Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment used in facilities operations, including motorcycles. * **Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on:** * Cleaning equipment (washers, floor polishers, industrial vacuum cleaners) * Light motorized equipment (brush cutters, blowers, etc.) * Conduct diagnostics and repairs in a workshop or designated area using appropriate tools * Perform periodic inspections according to the maintenance plan * Carry out replacement of parts and mechanical adjustments * Support the organization of spare parts and supplies inventory * Record performed maintenance activities and report requirements Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.500,00 - R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Company-provided mobile phone * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
