Records and manages maintenance information **Description:** Performs construction, renovation, and building maintenance services, including excavation, formwork, concrete pouring, painting, and component replacement. Supports contract-related activities using specific tools. Records and manages maintenance information in work orders and reports. Reports irregularities and safeguards materials and equipment under their responsibility. Also performs duties related to the position. **Minimum Requirements:** Completed elementary education. **Preferred Qualifications:** NR 33 and NR 35 certifications. **Mandatory:** Driver's license category B.
