Description

Job Summary: Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency electrical maintenance on equipment, systems, and components to ensure proper operation and repair of machinery. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive and corrective electrical maintenance of equipment 2. Repairs of electrical components and control systems 3. Inspection and correction of defects in electrical systems * Conduct preventive validation of equipment through electrical maintenance to identify potential deficiencies caused by wear or mechanical fatigue; Perform repairs and replacement of electrical components in machines, such as contactors, fuses, thermal protectors, to ensure optimal machine operation; Replace the calender covering by installing a new one with synchronization adjustment between rollers, thereby repairing wear caused by usage; Repair pneumatic manifolds by replacing seals and valves to continuously prevent and correct equipment issues; Analyze bearing noise in machines using a digital stethoscope to identify possible wear; Repair lighting troughs by replacing lamps and ballasts to ensure optimal system operation; Perform corrective maintenance on control, command, and protection systems of motor control panels; Perform corrective, preventive, and/or emergency maintenance on motors, transformers, circuit breakers, disconnect switches, power electrical equipment, measurement and control instruments and equipment, and distribution systems, in accordance with the Company's established schedules. Conduct scheduled and/or emergency inspections to detect and correct defects and abnormalities in electrical systems. * **Completed technical education: Electricity, Electronics, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Drawing reading and interpretation.
