Job Summary: A maintenance professional responsible for handling routine system tasks, opening service orders (OS), purchasing and monitoring services, ensuring operational efficiency. Participate in meetings with managers to exchange ideas and discuss projects Perform routine maintenance system tasks for the branch and other units covered by the branch. Research and provide information to support requests from your manager. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the handling of routine maintenance system tasks for the operational sectors of your branch; * Use the system to open service orders (OS) for Mechanical, Hydraulic, Electrical, etc., maintenance work related to Preparation, Corrective, Accident, and Contract services, and ensure proper completion of Maintenance Orders to maintain various departmental controls; * Use the system to issue purchase requests for third-party service budgets, paying attention to service type, quantity, and value, and send them via e\-mail to the procurement department; * Monitor the return of OS completed by internal and external maintenance teams, ensuring accurate recording of stages and labor hours; * Use the system to generate OS reports and verify them to identify open OS in the system, investigate reasons for their open status, and finalize them in the system; * Use the system to arrange meal allowances (RDV) for employees when performing external services; * Assist in tire control activities by reviewing and analyzing reports and maps extracted from the system to ensure branches use and maintain tires according to internal standards and usage procedures; * Support system-based entries, including tire movement records, OS openings and closures, and others, as directed and requested by your manager; * Monitor the tire shop’s operations, scheduling and distributing tasks among tire technicians; * Research contact information for tire service providers; * Prepare weekly and monthly closing presentation reports containing periodic results, observations, proposals, and action plans for management review and decision-making; * Participate in meetings with branch managers and leadership to discuss topics such as idea exchange, new projects, clarification of doubts, and others; * Be accountable for the quality, reliability, and performance of resources, services, and information generated by tasks under your responsibility, maintaining confidentiality regarding matters related to Expresso Nepomuceno’s activities; * Stay updated on knowledge and technological advances in your field to propose and suggest continuous improvements to equipment and processes for maximizing results; * Ensure preservation of company assets, requesting maintenance, repair, and/or replacement whenever necessary; * Be responsible for Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) aspects in daily activities and ensure optimal service delivery to internal and external customers; * Perform other related professional duties inherent to the position, as instructed and requested by your immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Maintenance Engineering or related fields; * Experience in the role; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Basic knowledge of integrated systems in the area; * Basic understanding of maintenance routine workflows. **Additional Information** * **Meal Allowance \-** Receive assistance to cover your daily meals with greater peace of mind and well-being. * **Car Ticket \-** Worry-free mobility: commute easily to work with our car ticket benefit. * **Health Insurance \-** Take care of yourself and your family with a comprehensive health plan offering extensive coverage at top-tier hospitals and clinics. * **Life Insurance \-** Peace of mind for you and your loved ones with full life insurance coverage, providing protection during unexpected events. * **WELLHUB**: Access to numerous gyms and sports centers to care for your body and mind, anytime and anywhere. * **SEST/SENAT \-** Exclusive benefits for transportation professionals, including health services, leisure, and training. * **Education Institution Partnership \-** Invest in your future with special discounts on undergraduate, graduate, and specialization courses.
