Job Summary: This Maintenance Assistant position involves supporting professionals in various conservation, repair, and renovation activities, as well as performing cleaning and material preparation tasks. Support activities in mechanics, hydraulics, and carpentry **JOB OPENING:** Maintenance Assistant **Requirements:** Completed elementary education from an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC). Minimum of 6 (six) months of proven experience in this role. **Job Description:** Assist maintenance professionals in various conservation, repair, and renovation activities; Transport materials, including mechanized or manual lifting of loads; Perform various types of cleaning required for maintenance activities (ceilings, walls, floors, and weeding); Prepare materials for application in civil construction projects; Carry out mechanical, hydraulic, and carpentry tasks under the guidance of a technician or supervisor; Assist in facade, window frame, glass, and swimming pool maintenance services; Carry out tasks defined by technicians and supervisors, under their guidance and supervision; Ensure proper care of materials, equipment, tools, PPE, and collective protective equipment under one’s responsibility; Perform tasks in accordance with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards; Carry out other related and inherent duties. **Location:** UFABC – Santo André **Salary:** R$ 2.189,97 **Benefits:** Meal Allowance (R$ 37.80 per day) and Transportation Allowance **Working Hours:** Business hours Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Payment: R$2.189,97 per month Benefits: * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance Work Location: On-site
