**Responsibilities:** * Manage inbound, outbound, and inventory control of casings and new/retreaded tires; * Monitor CPK (Cost per Kilometer) and identify deviations; * Periodically inspect tire inflation pressure, tread depth, and physical condition in the yard; * Control tire retreading operations and evaluate service quality provided by suppliers; * Conduct technical tire analysis to identify failure causes (mechanical issues, misuse, or fatigue); * Populate management systems and present monthly performance indicators to senior management. **Requirements:** * Proficiency in rubber compounds, tread pattern designs, vulcanization and retreading processes; * Analytical capability to work with large volumes of data (advanced Excel and Power BI are advantages); * Prior experience in heavy-duty fleet management or in tire manufacturing/retreading companies.
