Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Machine Operator to set up, operate, and perform basic maintenance, ensuring efficiency and safety in production. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork and proactivity to optimize processes We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Machine Operator to join our production team. The professional will be responsible for setting up, operating, and performing basic maintenance on machinery, ensuring the efficiency and safety of production processes. **Responsibilities and Duties:** • Configure and adjust machines to initiate production cycles, following technical specifications and standard operating procedures. • Continuously monitor equipment operation, controlling and adjusting parameters such as speed, temperature, and pressure as needed. • Feed semi-automatic machines with raw materials or parts, ensuring continuous production flow. • Conduct periodic operational tests on machines to identify and correct potential failures or issues during the shift. • Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness, adhering to safety regulations and good manufacturing practices. • Actively collaborate with the production team and supervision to optimize processes. **Requirements and Qualifications:** • Experience as a Machine Operator. • Practical knowledge of operating various types of high-speed machinery and measuring tools. • Solid understanding of production procedures and quality control. • Completed high school education; technical training in fields such as Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, • Availability to work rotating shifts, if required. **Skills and Competencies:** • Attention to Detail: Ability to identify minor variations and ensure precision in operations. • Teamwork: Effective collaboration and communication with colleagues and supervisors. • Proactivity: Initiative to solve problems and seek process improvements. • Commitment to Safety: Prioritization of safety norms and practices in the workplace.
