Experience with internal audits and ISO 9001/14001 standards We have an opportunity for a Quality Leader position at a company in Mauá. **Key Responsibilities** * Implement and monitor quality management systems. * Lead internal and external audits, identifying gaps and proposing corrective actions. * Train and develop the team on best practices and tools such as PDCA, FMEA, and statistical process control. * Analyze performance indicators (KPIs such as rejection rate, OEE, NCRs) and report to senior management. * Manage non-conformities, recalls, and customer complaints. * Promote quality culture through training and internal campaigns. * Coordinate the quality team. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields; or Technical Qualification in Quality. * Proven experience in industrial quality, including knowledge of internal auditing, statistical analysis, process management, performance indicators, and ISO 9001/14001 standards. * Experience leading teams. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and ERP systems.
